My Story
I started weight lifting when I was 14 years old. I fell in love with the soreness and challenge of training. When I noticed how it improved my performance on the playing field as well as improved my confidence I was instantly hooked.

Fast forward to my Junior year of college, studying Kinesiology, I needed an internship. I found a post to work with the college strength and conditioning program at Penn State. I secured an internship position and got to share my joy of training while also being around some high level athletes. I knew this was the career path I wanted to go down. So after some internships, volunteer roles, graduate assistantships, and, assistant spots, I worked my way to one of the top athletic programs in the country.
Working with a variety of sports along the way I have focused the last 5 years with Women's Basketball and Soccer's.

I have a proven track record of reducing injury rates while also increasing win totals of each respective team. I using a Holistic Performance Approach to put the athlete at the center and build the performance program around their needs.

Focusing on improved Strength, Power and Speed while also addressing Nutrition, Sleep, Recovery, and Practice Model Optimization.

Over my career I have worked with athletes that have gone on to the NFL, NBA, and numerous professional leagues across the globe
